A Big Boy

Hey Buddy-
Today, your brother, dad and I went to see you at Dr. Erik Smith's office. He is the maternal fetal medicine doctor that does the ultrasounds. He said you are really growing! He said you already weigh 3lbs 15oz. You are only supposed to weigh about half of that by now! You are really healthy though little man. You are growing like a weed. Trey enjoyed seeing you on the ultrasound too.
Trey has spent the last month with us and we did lots of things. We wish you were there too! Well you were there but in my tummy. Trey is going to be a good big brother to you. He said he can't wait to share his toys and video games with you. We will see how accommodating he will be once you are here.
You move alot these days and I look so forward to it. Keep hanging in there little man. We love you and can't wait to see you.

Baby Parker at 24 Weeks

Hi Parker!
I went in today for a Dr. Appointment and for a sonogram. They are going to do them every 4-5 weeks so that they can make sure you aren't getting to big from the gestational diabetes. Everything looks perfect on you they said. Even your heart which you cooperated with them this time. (My lecture must have worked!). They said that you were still a boy--I don't guess that is changing anytime soon. You have gained a whole pound this month (and I gained 2!). You now weigh 1 lb 13 oz. I can't believe how big you looked on the screen. You were sucking your thumb! It was very cute. You also were grabbing your toes and your feet were right in front of your face. I feel you moving more and more each day. I love you! Can't wait to see you again!
