Pictures at Sears

Today, your Mawmaw Sissy, Aunt Kasi and I took you and your brother to get your pictures taken at sears! They came out very good but it took a longgggg time! I will post them here when they come in. You are so beautiful!

Janice, All of your grandparents and Brother!

Janice came by this morning and she just loves you. She held you and fed you. She took us to eat at Voodoo BBQ and we caught up on all that has happened with us. She thinks you are so cute!
You sure have a lot of grandparents!
Today I took you to see your Mawmaw Smith. She held you and rocked you and fed you. She thinks you are so cool! You snuggled up with her in her chair.
Tonight I took you to meet your grandparents. Pawpaw let me use his car for the week so that we could get around to visit everyone. They think you are just a doll! (I would have to agree with them).
Mawmaw Betty held you and talked to you. When she fed you, you spit up on her. I tried to tell her you do that for everyone but she didn't believe me. We got your clothes changed and headed to your Mawmaw Sissy's house. She was waiting up for us.
She fed you and bathed you in the sink. She talked and talked to you!
You are so well taken care of, I can't believe how spoiled you already are!
Tonight you met your brother Trey too. He was pretty unsure of how to treat you. He acted like he wasn't interested in you but I think he might have been a little jealous. I think yall will become great friends one day!

Your first plane ride.....and meeting your cousins!

Well, this morning we woke up really early and headed to the airport. Meymey dropped us off. Meymey and Pumba are going to fly back with all of our luggage. Thank God because it is going to be a rough trip already! It takes so many things to take care of you that getting through security was very tough!
They didn't understand how the breast pump was built into the bag. I also had several bottles of milk that were an issue. Then there was the stroller and diaper bag and moby wrap!
Boy that was not fun!
We switched planes in Philadelphia. Right as the Airline lady came on and said "those travelling with small children may now board" you put your head between my chest and puked right in my bra! It was so disgusting.
You did pretty good on the flights themselves. It wasn't too bad flying with you.
This afternoon, uncle Eric picked us up from the airport in his old truck. He thinks you are very cute! He took us to meymey's house and then all your cousins came to visit.
Your Aunt Kelley LOVES you. She fed you your bottle and held and rocked you. All of your cousins wanted to hold you, especially Maverick! Maverick was really watching out for you. When your Uncle Stewart went to hold you, Maverick told him not to cough on you! I thought that was really cute.
You fit right in here! You have alot of cousins that love you. I can't wait for everyone to meet you!

Meymey and Pumba are here!

Meymey and Pumba arrived on September 12th. It was a busy week with you here by myself. I am really glad they are here so that they can help me out!
We have had a busy week with them here. We took you shopping all day at the flea markets on Monday. Then on Tuesday, we took you to the Amish Villages and bought you some presents.
We have had a good time visiting with Meymey and Pumba. It's time to get packed up to fly out for the next month! You sure do come with alot of accessories!

Daddy is leaving today =(

We have been home a week now from the hospital. Daddy was working in Harrisburg but now he has to go to Panama City. You and I were going to go with him but the doctors say it would be a really bad idea to leave this soon. They said traveling that far with you when you have been so sick is not good so we have decided to stay here.
Next week your meymey and pumba are coming up to visit and we will fly back with them at the end of the week.
It's always hard when daddy leaves. I am glad I have you to keep me company now at least. We will call daddy and get on webcams until we can see him again.
We love him and appreciate that he takes care of us!

Third Dr. visit this week....

So you woke up this morning and it looked like you were punched in both of your eyes. They were gunking up. I called the Dr. office and they had me bring you back in. They said you had clogged tear ducts and taught me how to massage them. Who knew? I certainly didn't. They gave me a prescription to give you in case it gets all gunky. I hate that it is all yucky.

Your bilirubin levels

I took you to the Doctor for the second time to have your bilirubin levels checked. Yesterday they took you off of the blanket. Your levels are headed towards normal now, thank goodness. I hated that you had to lay on that blanket!
